Basic Support

Customers using our complimentary basic package have access to a dedicated support email. This channel allows you to inform us about what’s working well or any issues you’re encountering. Our support team will address your concerns as promptly as possible, subject to their availability. We may also reach out to you for additional details regarding the issues reported.

Premium Support

For clients subscribed to our Team Advantage and Team Premier packages, we offer an enhanced level of support. This includes both a support call number and email. Our on-call support staff are available during East Coast business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST) to assist with and resolve any issues you may encounter.

Enterprise Support

Our enterprise-level clients enjoy the highest tier of customer support. We provide round-the-clock (24/7) support staff availability to handle your inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls or emails. This ensures immediate and continuous assistance for all your needs.
